The role
We are looking for a Lawyer with particular interest in structured finance and securitisation transactions to join our Securitisation team, working with Zina Edwards and Ed Macgregor. Zina is an experienced finance and restructuring lawyer, with a rapidly growing practice advising on a broad range of securitisation and structured finance transactions in Australia. Ed is a securitisation and structured finance lawyer with a unique professional background in corporate advisory and legal practice.
