Job Description
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7–15 years of IT experience in Application Support and/or Big Data Support.
- 3–5 years of application development experience preferred.
- Experience supporting banking applications.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux/Unix scripting.
- Hands-on experience with incident, problem, and change management.
- Experience with relational databases such as MariaDB, Oracle, or SQL Server.
- Knowledge of scheduling tools like Control-M or Tivoli/TWS.
- Familiarity with Spark, Airflow, and big data platforms is an advantage.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Jira.
- Experience with monitoring/APM tools like AppDynamics, Graylog, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
