First Military Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive business group. We are seeking an experienced and qualified Van Technician to join a highly reputable commercial vehicle dealership in the Carlisle area.
Duties and Responsibilities for the LCV Technician:
Perform major and minor repairs to light commercial vehicles, trailers, and other vehicles.Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance (e.g. oil changes, tyre rotations).Maintain a clean and organised workshop, ensuring safety standards are upheld.Collaborate with repair teams to diagnose faults and plan effective repairs.Maintain accurate records of all vehicles serviced or repaired.Provide roadside repair support in emergency situations.Complete documentation and escalate warranty claims as necessary.
