Lead Aeronautical Design Engineer
POSITION INFO:
The role is responsible for the technical integrity of products designed and developed. The tactical implementation of engineering strategy and operational goals to exceed customer expectations for product development, quality, cost and delivery, optimising and driving engineering excellence; Facilitate, direct and drive implementation of innovation-driven strategy and drive; Continuous Improvement across all engineering-related areas of the busines; Work closely with internal and external key stakeholders, design, manufacturing, assembly, sales and customer support regarding technical support of their activities; Responsible for all areas of the Engineering function – design, analysis, integration, testing, qualification, certification and logistic support.
