Lead Interior Designer
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Detail Design review of Architectural design, details at key stages of design deliverables
- Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, MEP, Landscape, Facade, teams to ensure design integration
- Identify design discrepancies, and propose practical solutions in coordination with various stake holders
- Review Shop Drawings
- Respond to RFI
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality benchmarks
- Support project teams in maintaining design consistency and construction accuracy
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch. – 5-year program)
- 8 - 20 years of experience in Architectural consultancy in Design Development and Site execution
- Excellent Aesthetic sense
