Lead Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain record management of clients
- Conduct targeted web searches to gather market data and verify vendor information
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on speed and accuracy. This includes updating client databases based on web search
- Gather and consolidate operational data for the purpose of updating annual reports. You will ensure all figures and narratives are current and formatted correctly for stakeholder review.
- Follow up on pending business license applications, clarify requirements, and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the filing process.
- Collect, organize, and track supporting documentation required for compliance-related and operational submissions
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course
Willing to work oniste in Mandaue, Cebu
Willing to render nightshift (10PM start)
