1-3 years Proficient in CSR24 and Applied EPIC applications, with expertise in ACORD25 Certificates of Insurance, ACORD27/28 Evidence of Property Insurance, Loss Runs, Endorsements, Policy Checking/Review, MVRs, and Renewals. Skilled in creating and updating templates, including assigning account manager names for streamlined operations. Accurately issue Certificates of Insurance (ACORD forms 24, 25, 27) using Applied EPIC and CSR24, ensuring compliance with client and carrier requirements. Enhance productivity in a night-shift environment by maintaining efficiency and accuracy under strict deadlines. Ensure adherence to quality benchmarks, efficiency targets, and deadlines to consistently deliver error-free outcomes.
