Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Lead - Audio Resort AV to join the resort's AV and Entertainment Technical Services team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance, set‑up, fine‑tuning, and adjustment of all equipment, audiovisual plant, hardware, communication networks and communication controls infrastructure.
- Set‑up and manage the preventive maintenance program for all audiovisual base‑build and mobile plant and equipment.
- Plan the operation and maintenance requirements of AV activities based on department requests.
- Oversee the execution of the resort's sound and video technical support requirements.
- Evaluate AV requirements, manage the inventory of operating supplies and equipment, and maintain a suitable spare‑parts supply.
- Establish metrics and procedures for embedding BGM and audio‑system standards, and sound‑quality benchmarks.
