Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lead AV Technician to oversee the installation, configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of professional audiovisual systems for large-scale commercial new construction projects. This role leads field crews, maintains quality control, supports project communication, and delivers fully integrated AV solutions using platforms such as Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Q-SYS, AMX, and Dante. The Lead Technician will also mentor junior technicians and ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with industry standards.
