About the Job:
The Lead AVL Technician leads a crew of installation technicians at Summit Integrated project sites following industry standards and project plans. They work as an extension of the Project Foreman to ensure the effective and efficient execution of various installation tasks across a wide range of AVL system installation projects. As their skills develop, they may also manage and lead smaller or less complex installations independently. The Lead AVL Technician has at least intermediate proficiency in all advanced installation areas (Wire Pull, Terminations, Rigging, Field Install) and works without supervision. The Lead AVL Technician mentors and trains team members and ensures the on-site team operates in alignment with Summit Core Values.
