Lead BA
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis, solution design, or product management within the IT industry.
- At least 5 years’ experience working with AI/ML and data technologies, including GenAI, NLP, and predictive analytics.
- Proven track record of leading AI-related business initiatives from ideation to implementation.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries is preferred.
- Good understanding of AI/ML concepts, data lifecycle, and model deployment.
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python (basic), and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
