This role combines hands-on business analysis expertise with people leadership, ensuring consistent delivery quality across BA deliverables while supporting team development and operational excellence. The Lead BA will also champion the adoption of AI-powered tools and modern SDLC practices to drive efficiency and innovation in how the team performs analysis work.
