Join our procurement team and play a key role in supporting the rapid expansion of the Grid Technologies Transformers factory network across the Americas. In this position, you will lead and contribute to the development and execution of procurement strategies for our three major sites Brazil, Mexico, and Charlotte. You will ensure strong alignment with global commodity direction while driving measurable performance and strategic impact across the TAM cluster at the regional level
**How You’ll make an Impact**
+ Build and maintain strategic partnerships with regional suppliers across the Americas, ensuring consistent performance in cost, quality, delivery, and service.
+ Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and conditions, managing the full contract lifecycle—from initial agreement through renewal to secure supply and support factory growth and transformer execution across Mexico, Brazil, and the United States.
