**Wells Fargo is seeking a talented Lead Data Science Consultant to join our growing Marketing Analytics team as part of Consumer Banking and Lending (CBL).**
**In this role you will partner with stakeholders and play a pivotal role for various marketing campaigns aimed at assessing key marketing levers for future optimization and developing solid actionable inflight reporting for continuous refinement of our marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement, while continuously improving campaign performance and efficiency.**
