Lead Clinician role at Outcomes First Group (The Shires – Oakham/Stretton, Rutland, East Midlands).

Responsibilities

  • Manage the in-house Clinical Team at The Shires – Oakham / Stretton (Rutland); collaborate with the school’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Regional Clinical Lead.
  • Split time between clinically leading the team and maintaining a therapy caseload; deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex needs related to autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma and SEMH.
  • Meet EHCP targets using the OFG group/individual clinical approach embedded in clinical practice.
  • Coordinate line management of onsite clinical team and lead service development of the school-based clinical service with the SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.
