About the Person
The successful colleague will have experience gained from a design environment, with proven ability to design and develop forward thinking and innovative design proposals. You will have experience as a CMF (Colours, Materials and Finishes) automotive designer with examples of design production or conceptual projects that have been undertaken and/or managed. You will have a degree in design or equivalent experience.
You will demonstrate:
* Skill to design and develop forward thinking and innovative design proposals within an automotive environment
* Ability to solve complex problems and provide creative solutions
* Ability to communicate and present design proposals and ideas across the company in different forums
* An understanding of feasibility and production methodology along with 2D and 3D IT skills such as Photoshop and 3D CAD software skills are essential
