We are looking to hire a Commercial Door Mechanic to join our team! Your main responsibilities will be Door & Hardware Installation & Repairs in a hospital setting throughout the 5 Boroughs & Parts of Long Island.
Role and Responsibilities
- Installation of hollow metal Doors, Frames, and hardware in steel stud and concrete openings.
- Installation and repair of Door hardware including Closers, Panic Bars, various locksets, Door Coordinators, Continuous hinges, Kick plates, Flushbolts, Vision panels
- MUST show up on time & follow safeguards, rules, and regulations per the jobsite foreman/manager
- Installation & Repairs of metal framing and sheetrock to facilitate door frame installation/repair.
- Misc. maintenance work including minor masonry repairs, fire stopping, cleaning, etc., as needed.
