**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Loan Closing Specialist - Treasury Operations - VP, to join the International Operations Team in our Singapore Branch.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Responsible for the end-to-end management of commercial loan closings, including the preparation, review, and execution of all related documentation for facilities and transactions.
+ Oversees the accurate onboarding and funding of deals into core accounting and operational systems.
+ Performs detailed reviews of collateral documentation, legal agreements, and credit approvals to ensure all executed terms are correctly captured and aligned with regulatory standards and internal policies.
+ Supports daily treasury operations with a strong focus on processing and managing SWIFT messages.
