Job Description

ERM is hiring aLead Construction HSE Managerto provide on-site support for our key pharmaceutical client in Huntsville, AL. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading a safety team for construction activities, engaging with project and construction leaders, and ensuring health and safety compliance with applicable regulations and existing company standards. You will be present during all site activities and responsible for all health and safety activities, and the delegation of duties to other project team members. This is a full-time (40 - 72 hours/week), limited-term role for a duration of 12 months, renewable.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the Site Lead for ERM’s HSE owner’s representative team, working directly with the Client’s Project Leaders.
