Data Analytics Ventures, Inc. (DAVI) , the Gokongwei Group ’s data and loyalty powerhouse behind Go Rewards , is looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Lead to drive end-to-end customer lifecycle strategies.
In this role, you will lead initiatives that enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty through data-driven insights, CRM optimization, and personalized, multi-channel campaigns—ensuring a seamless and impactful customer journey.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and optimize CRM strategy and systems , ensuring accurate data, segmentation, and scalable infrastructure
- Design and manage end-to-end customer lifecycle journeys (onboarding, engagement, retention, loyalty)
- Execute automated, multi-channel campaigns to improve conversion and customer lifetime value
