Job Summary
:The CSU Enviromental Lead ensures the Project meets all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, during the CSU and Initial Operations Phase. This is done by executing compliance programs, conducting audits, coordinating sampling efforts and managing corrective actions.

Key Duties:
Coordination with the CSU and Operations team to identify activities that have a regulatory compliance component or the potential for an externally reportable release.
Interpret and ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and localregulations and operational permits. (such as TCEQ Air and Water Permits; FERC; PHMSA; FAA, 49 CFR 193, USCG, etc.)
Assist with the collection of data necessary for the various monitoring and reporting requirements.
Execute inspections and documentation for the various permit and plan requirements such as SPCC, SWPPP, Waste Management, Method 9...
