Job Summary
As Lead Customer Experience, you will shape and drive UBL’s overall CX strategy by leading customer journey design, audits, and cross-functional improvements to ensure a seamless banking experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Map and optimize end-to-end customer journeys
- Identify and eliminate friction points across all customer touchpoints
- Develop and implement customer experience (CX) frameworks and governance structures
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum Experience: 7 to 10 years in customer experience, service design, or related roles
