As an HV Switchgear Project Engineer within GE Vernova – Grid Solutions, you will be responsible for the technical execution of high‑voltage AIS/GIS switchgear projects, leading engineering from proposal and design through manufacturing follow‑up, testing, and commissioning support. You will work closely with Project Management, Tendering, Sourcing, Factories, Services, and customers to deliver safe, compliant, and cost‑effective solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as the technical lead engineer for assigned switchgear projects, serving as the primary engineering interface for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate technical activities across Engineering, Project Management, Sourcing, Factories, Sales, and Services to ensure alignment with scope, budget, and schedule.
