Job Description
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as Data Analyst / Quant Analyst / Data Engineer / Risk Analyst, including 2+ years in a Lead/Senior role with direct management of a team of 3+
- Strong production‑level Python (pandas, numpy, pyarrow, SQLAlchemy, asyncio)
- Expert SQL: window functions, query optimisation, hands‑on with columnar databases (ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Experience building and operating ETL/ELT pipelines (Airflow, dbt, Prefect) in both batch and real‑time (Kafka, Flink, Redpanda)
- Hands‑on with BI tools: Tableau, Grafana, Superset — building dashboards for trading and risk metrics
- Solid understanding of trading fundamentals: PnL attribution, margin requirements, VaR, risk models, funding rates, basis
- Experience with large volumes of market data (millions of rows, low‑latency, tick data)
- Team‑building experience: hiring, onboarding, mentoring, performance reviews, goal setting
