Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist with 5–8 years of experience in AI/ML to develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models that solve real business problems. The candidate should be strong in data analysis, model building, and handling end-to-end AI/ML projects while leading a small team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy ML/AI models for business use cases
- Analyze large, complex datasets to extract insights
- Build predictive and prescriptive models
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Lead AI/ML projects from planning to delivery
- Manage and mentor junior data scientists/team members
