An exciting role with a global financial services company. You will play a pivotal role in building, deploying, and scaling AI models that transform wealth management services, drive innovation, and enhance client and business outcomes.
What You'll DoDevelop and deploy scalable AI/ML models for personalized recommendations, investment insights, risk modeling, and automation use cases (e.g. KYC/AML).
Lead the industrialisation of AI, ensuring models are production-ready, well-monitored, and continuously optimised.
Collaborate with leadership to define and implement AI strategy, governance, and ethical frameworks.
Work cross-functionally with Front Office, Investments, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to embed AI into strategic platforms.
Champion a culture of innovation by mentoring peers and promoting an “AI-everywhere” mindset across the organisation.
