Lead Data/Data Modeling

We are currently seeking a Lead Data Modelling professional to join our team in Germany, responsible for overseeing data modeling activities and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

• Lead and manage a team of data modelers, providing guidance, coaching, and performance oversight
• Define team priorities, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Act as the primary point of contact for the customer and key business stakeholders for the data modeling team
• Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering and prioritization 
• Translate business requirements into data modeling solutions and ensure alignment with expectations
• Provide regular reporting on team progress, risks, and dependencies
