Lead Delivery Manager - Sydney | Hybrid
We’re partnering with a growing technology business to hire a Lead Delivery Manager to elevate delivery performance across the organisation.
This is not a standard Delivery Manager role.
You’ll operate at a senior level — leading complex programs while also setting direction across a group of experienced Delivery Managers, shaping how delivery is executed at scale.
What you’ll do
- Oversee complex, multi-stream programs across enterprise clients
- Lead, support, and hold Delivery Managers accountable for delivery outcomes
- Set clear expectations and drive consistency, structure, and high standards across teams
- Step in to stabilise delivery, reset direction, and manage risk when needed
