Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HVAC & firefighting design engineering activities for AIS/GIS substation projects.
- Manage complete MEP engineering delivery from the proposal/pre-bid stage till project execution and commissioning.
- Perform and review HVAC heat load calculations, ventilation studies, firefighting hydraulic calculations, and equipment sizing.
- Review and approve HVAC/FF system designs, technical specifications, BOQ, vendor drawings, and engineering deliverables.
- Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, Protection, Telecom, and BIM teams for multidisciplinary engineering integration.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, client requirements, and safety regulations.
- Lead execution teams and drive engineering productivity, design optimization, and value engineering initiatives.
