Lead Design Engineer - Instrumentation

Responsible and accountable for delivering the instrumentation scope in accordance with Neste’s project delivery process, governance procedures and specifications.

• Delivering the instrumentation scope to the agreed quality, cost and schedule on small / medium / large and complex investment projects and development initiatives.
• Managing the resource allocation and performance of own team members, external partners and external EPCm contractors through all project phases.
• Developing own technical competence and improving ways of working towards improving.

• Perform design tasks according to the agreed quality, scope, time and safety.
• Develop, implement and apply Neste defined design engineering work methods and tools systematically.
