Lead Engineer
who can
own products end-to-end
,from concept to field deployment
What You’ll Do
Lead the Mechanical
design team,NPD's of farm machinery
Take products from
idea → prototype → field validation → production
Manage and mentor a
small engineering team
Work closely with
fabrication, vendors, and on-field teams
Drive
cost-effective, rugged designs
suited for Indian conditions
Continuously improve existing machines based on
field feedback
