Role overview
Lead the
end-to-end development and integration
of advanced power electronic systems for electric vehicles, renewable energy, and industrial automation. Champion system architecture, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to global safety and performance standards. Resolve complex system-level challenges—including thermal, EMI/EMC, and functional safety—while mentoring engineering teams and fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.
