Lead Developer – Service Pathway Platform (Azure / Node.js / React)
Location: Turku, Finland
Salary: €5,000 – €6,000 per month gross
We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer to take ownership of the architecture and hands‑on development of a cloud‑native, multi‑tenant Service Pathway Platform running in Microsoft Azure .
This platform helps healthcare organizations coordinate complex care processes, manage resources, and improve operational performance through structured workflows and data‑driven insights.
This role combines hands‑on engineering with architectural leadership . You will work within a Scrum team , helping design scalable, secure solutions used in real‑world healthcare environments.
