Medical Team Management
Ensure the medical team is effectively processing medical assistance cases in accordance with established procedures for international medical assistance. Lead the medical team, fostering a collaborative and productive team spirit, monitoring productivity, and participating in size requirement definition. Ensure 24/7 medical coverage, including on-call doctors. Validate internal escorts (when nurses or doctors travel to repatriate a patient) and necessary medical equipment.
