Summary About the Position: Serves as a technical expert and liaison providing specialized electrical engineering guidance to the District, field offices, other districts, Facility User/Customer, Architect-Engineers, Contractor representatives and other executive management, agencies, professional and technical personnel on complex engineering and construction matters.
