Job Description
Lead Electrical Engineer (Traffic Signal) The Lead Electrical Engineer (Traffic Signal) is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of traffic signal and roadway lighting systems for complex projects. This role provides technical leadership, ensures compliance with industry and municipal standards, and manages project deliverables from concept to completion.
The Lead Electrical Engineer coordinates multidisciplinary teams, conducts design reviews, and participates in field inspections and client meetings. The position also mentors junior staff, supports quality assurance, and drives continuous improvement, delivering innovative and reliable traffic signal solutions that meet client and project objectives.
