Lead Engineer (Civil Works)

Enersense Engineering is currently looking for a Lead Engineer for Civil Works to join our client’s team on a Data Centre project located in Helsinki region, Finland. In this role, you will be responsible for leading all Civil (CSA) activities and ensuring high standards of safety, quality and project delivery throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all Civil work packages across the project
• Ensure site safety in close cooperation with the safety team, maintaining compliance from site establishment through final project completion.
• Manage site Quality assurance and Quality control activities together with the project and quality teams
• Coordinate project scheduling with the Planners, Project Managers, Subcontractors and Design Consultants to ensure milestones and client expectations are met.
• Support project cost monitoring and forecasting alongside the QS team.
