Lead Engineer – Chilton, Oxfordshire - FM Service Provider – £45,000 per annum
CBW are currently recruiting for a Lead Engineer to work in a commerical building based in Chilton, Oxfordshire.
The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day maintenance operations while supporting the delivery of a comprehensive Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme. Working closely with a dedicated on-site engineer, you will coordinate and oversee all mechanical and electrical (M&E) services across the building, ensuring systems operate efficiently and to the highest standards.
With significant overtime available and a 1-in-4 call-out rota, this position provides strong earning potential within a fast-paced, high-profile environment. Key Duties & Responsibilities
