Role Overview
We are looking for a hands‑on technical lead to manage the mission‑critical infrastructure that powers MHA/HTX operations. You will be the technical authority ensuring availability, security, and performance of enterprise‑wide server and network ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands‑on network management: troubleshooting, LAN/WAN design, NAC management, firewall configuration, and NOC tools configuration.
- Endpoint infrastructure management: manage OS and common service software lifecycle, patching, and device policy management.
- Infrastructure management: maintain enterprise services including Active Directory/Azure AD, file/application servers, hypervisors, and storage systems; ensure optimal network connectivity and server availability.
