Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables As a Lead Engineer specialising in engine design within our Product Development division, you will spearhead the design and development of critical powertrain components including crankshafts, connecting rods, and pistons. Your expertise will extend to valvetrain elements such as camshafts, tappets, valves, and valve springs. You will also design ancillary mechanisms including belt drives, brackets, pulleys, and key structural components like crankcases and cylinder heads.Your responsibilities encompass detailed design calculations to ensure optimal performance and durability of powertrain, valvetrain, and structural components.
