Overview
Lead Engineer – Location: Slough, Berkshire. Salary: £57,000 (OTE £65,000+). Shift: Days (Early Shift).
Responsibilities
- Electrical and mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns.
- Planning and completing preventative maintenance.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery.
Requirements
- Multi‑skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Leadership experience or aspirational.
- Engineering qualification.
- Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
- Electrical or mechanical experience.
