Job Description
This role establishes the methodologies, standards, and governance required to decompose business capabilities into reusable process components that can be executed by human workers, AI agents, digital workers, or hybrid human-agent teams. The role advances process architecture practices for the age of AI, including agentic operating models, process decomposition frameworks, decision architecture, human-in-the-loop design, and enterprise workflow orchestration.
The Lead Enterprise Process Architect partners with enterprise delivery programs to ensure processes are designed for scalability, composability, observability, compliance, continuous optimization, and safe AI-enabled execution.
