(What the role is) The role focuses on driving culture change through organizational diagnosis and the design and delivery of interventions in areas such as leadership, management practices and change management across the organisation. He/she will work closely with leaders and diverse stakeholders at all levels to support OD and change initiatives, build alignment and commitment, and contribute to the sustained development of the desired organisational culture. (What you will be working on) Develop and implement strategies to achieveorganisationaldevelopment (OD) prioritiesto enable an I&E culture,demonstratingdeep understanding oforganisationalsystems and theirinterdependencies.
