Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Lead Executive / Assistant Manager to support project implementation, change management, and user engagement activities. In this role, you will work closely with project managers, vendors, and users to coordinate rollout tasks, develop communication and training materials, and ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Beyond project work, you will support daily operations related to the industry collaboration framework and industry project workflow management—by assisting users with system‑related tasks, monitoring system usage or issues, and helping ensure operational processes run smoothly using the supported platforms.
