About the Role
We are looking for a Lead, Executive Operations to bring structure and consistency to how execution happens around the CEO and leadership team.
This role focuses on building simple systems and operating rhythms, coordinating across teams, and ensuring priorities are translated into action.
You will work across functions to improve clarity, reduce friction, and keep high-priority work moving.
What You'll be Doing
Establish simple operating structures (cadences, tracking, follow-ups) to keep work moving
Translate leadership priorities into clear, executable plans
Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and progress
Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and execution risks, and resolve them early
