Summary This position is located in the Financial Operations Division of the Office of Financial Management (OFM), Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA). The incumbent serves as the senior analyst and performs a wide variety of administrative and high-level analytical duties to ensure the propriety and integrity of VBA financial systems, processes, procedures and policies. Responsibilities Specific duties include: Serves as a project and/or team leader in developing system requirements and specifications (ex. coordinating installation, evaluating and testing financial systems) with minimal guidance/supervision. Works independently to make improvements, solve problems, and/or take corrective action when problems arise. Conducts evaluations, examinations, or other fact-finding studies to obtain and/or verify information.
