Responsibilities
- Lead the hands‑on technical delivery of new customer and service journeys end‑to‑end.
- Design and build modern Web applications using React, Next.js and TypeScript integrated with Azure App Services, Functions and REST/event‑based APIs.
- Shape architectural decisions in close collaboration with System Architects and adjacent product teams.
- Ensure engineering excellence through code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring/observability, and security & reliability standards.
- Translate business initiatives into actionable technical stories together with the Product Owner; coordinate cross‑team end‑to‑end testing.
- Coach engineers across frontend and backend, foster a culture of quality, ownership and learning, and evolve shared technical standards.
