Gaming Security - Lead Data Entry Operator
Work with surveillance and casino operations at multiple properties to obtain surveillance video footage of casino table game play. Primary role is to enter data associated with compiling Blackjack surveys, Baccarat play evaluations, Craps play evaluations and Ultimate Texas Hold'em play evaluations, while also training and helping Data Entry Operators to do the same.
Essential Job Functions:
- Monitor live and recorded surveillance of gaming and sensitive areas.
- Identify and report irregular play, cheating, theft, fraud, or policy violations.
- Prepare accurate written reports and preserve video evidence.
- Promptly notify leadership of suspected violations.
- Work closely and collaboratively with Table Games leadership and staff.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all internal policies.
- Operate surveillance systems and report equipment issues.
