Lead Gear Cutting Production Supervisor

A leading manufacturing firm is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor – Gear Cutting to oversee a high-performing production team in Johannesburg. You will manage schedules, supervise around 30 employees, and meet production targets while ensuring safety and quality. Essential qualifications include an N3 Certificate in Mechanical Engineering and at least 8 years of supervisory experience in heavy manufacturing. Strong knowledge of gear cutting and grinding processes is also required.
