This is a remote position.
Client is seeking a detail-oriented Lead Generation Assistant to research and compile targeted homeowner lists for a direct mail prospecting campaign. This is a research and list-building role. The assistant will focus on identifying homeowners matching specific criteria and compile their names and mailing addresses. The agent will handle all outreach (mail and/or calls) personally in this initial phase, with potential for the assistant to take on outreach support (cold calling, follow-up) as the engagement grows.
